The DVI Cardel and RodBlu family of funds were formed in 2005 to offer individual investors a venue in which to leverage and increase their capital through value-added, opportunistic real estate ventures. The funds provide mezzanine financing and equity investment for the acquisition and development of lodging, office, affordable housing, retail, industrial, multi-family and vacant real estate parcels.  We identify value-added opportunities that offer upside potential through repositioning, redevelopment and management turnarounds.
